I've finally discovered a way to frost that makes to cupcakes look half decent – I start from the center and move to the outside, which is kind of backwards, but it works!

Those cupcakes look great! Red velvet is my favorite, and I could put cream cheese frosting on pretty much anything and still eat it. My sweet tooth is kicking into overdrive!
