More often than not, I have been pleasantly surprised whenever I've tried a new grain! Wheat berries look like they would be hearty and perfectly chewy, I will need to try those next!

I can't imagine what it would be like to win all that money. It's nuts!
The wheat berry risotto was really yummy. Super creamy and delish!

It would have been so nice to win the lottery! Your risotto looks delicious!! I've never had wheat berries before. Risotto is one of my favorite things to make 🙂
