If you know me, you know I love my coffee and lattes. If you don’t believe me, ask my Gold Starbucks card. When I decided to start limiting my dairy intake, I was worried that I would have to give up some of my favorite treats. Enter Silk Almondmilk.
The Dark Chocolate takes my morning cup of joe to a whole new level, turning it into a yummy mocha, with a fraction of the calories you would get in a coffee shop mocha. While my almond mocha is delicious, I was missing Chai Tea Lattes in my life. So what else was a girl to do, but brainstorm and find herself an alternative?
- 1 cup Silk Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons or 1 teabag Chai tea
- Combine Silk Almond Milk and cinnamon is a small pot.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until milk comes to a slight boil and froths at the top.
- Pour milk over tea and steep for about 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
