I’ve been buying vitamins and supplements from as long as I can remember, but that doesn’t mean I’ve been taking them. Vitamins always give me a weird nauseous feeling after taking them, and supplements are usually the size of horse pills that I can barely get down. Not to mention that you have to remember to take one pill from this bottle, two from the other, and one from that last one. Needless to say that my supplement taking never lasted for a long time.
When I heard about the opportunity to try Koge Vitamins, I debated whether there was a point because knowing me, I wouldn’t get past the first week. I gave it a shot and I am so happy that I did.
When my package arrived, I was surprised how huge the bottle was. The bottle contained 30 Energy Packs. While the instructing said to take two packets a day, I stuck to one. The four supplements in the Energy Packet were:
- Korean Ginseng: counters the effects of stress while simultaneously enhancing mental and physical performance.
- Ayur Indian Ginseng: supports energy production, which improves the body’s mental and physical performance and keeps you feeling at your best.
- Guarana: provides a powerful and long-lasting dose of caffeine.
- Co-enzyme Q10 with Taurine: Coenzyme Q-10 is a natural antioxidant that protects and rejuvenates your body against wear and tear. Taurine is known for lowering cholesterol and repairing the body against natural external damage.
Overall, I felt great after them. The pills weren’t huge and were easy to swallow, even all at once. I never had the gross after burps that I’ve had with other supplements that I’ve taken in the past. I love that they came in individual packets because I was able to keep some in my purse in case I forgot to take them in the morning before work. I feel that they did give me more energy. I was able to wake up easier in the mornings, even after staying up fairly late the night before.
Koge is a fairly new vitamin brand and they cut out the middle man to make the vitamins a better value. They currently sell four different supplement packets, Daily Essentials, Antioxidant Collection, Weight Management, Energy Pack, and whey protein. You can buy a single bottle to try, and they offer a discount if you sign up for monthly or semi-annual shipping. I’ve got my eye on the Daily Essentials!
Do you take daily supplements?

I do take my daily vitamins. Took a while for me to get into the groove but now I don’t go a day without making sure they are in me 🙂

I have been using this Energy Pack, too, and only one per day. Good review.

Great review! I also had problems taking large vitamin supplements, which is why I converted to gummy vitamins. But it’s good to know there’s something else out there that’s easy to swallow.

I haven’t tried an energy vitamin pack like this, but I’d be curious to see how it works. 🙂
