I totally agree. Trader Joe\’s is a lifesaver on busy nights during the week for me! The Greek Salad with Pork Chops was delish! Here is the recipe for the salad: http://www.frolic-through-life.com/2014/02/whole-… and the pork chops we just marinated in some olive oil and balsamic vinegar and cooked them up in a cast iron skillet. Hope you try it!

I absolute LOVE Trader Joe’s. IDK what I would do without them. It’s the only place I can buy frozen food without completely ruining everything I work for! You have to let me know how to greek salad with pork chops turns out! I’d love to try that recipe!
