We have four lengths at Crossfit depending on your height. You just kind of have to find your rhythm. Don\’t jump too high on the regular jump and really power it when it comes to a double under. I\’ve fallen into a rhythm where I can do jump, jump, double under, jump, jump, double under and I think doing it like that makes it a little easier. You can do it lady! Practice makes perfect! 🙂
