It is such a workout! One thing I am nervous about though is that I won’t have time for running anymore. I finally got up to running 6 miles as a pdr and I’m scared i’m going to have to work my way up again… we shall see what happens!

Karen is one of my least favorite WOD’s! I am short and by the end those wall balls just feel so far away!! I was super sore from Monday’s WOD. Our strength was heavy back squats (we worked up to 95% of our 3RM) and then the WOD was more back squats!! My legs were on fire the next day!
