Great review! I also had problems taking large vitamin supplements, which is why I converted to gummy vitamins. But it’s good to know there’s something else out there that’s easy to swallow.

I do take my daily vitamins. Took a while for me to get into the groove but now I don’t go a day without making sure they are in me 🙂
