This sounds so good, I am definitely going to make this.
I recently attempted to cook scallops for the first time, everyone said it was easy, i made such a mess and had to throw them and we ended up going out for dinner instead 🙁

Looks delicious! I’m pretty scared of fish. I cook it at least once a week but always worry that it will be undercooked. Never is, so it’s all in my head!

Cheesecake is totally one of my main enemies as well. I tried to make one once, and it looked SO pretty, but tasted so mediocre. Broke my heart :'(.
