No Bake Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Energy Bites
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1½ cups old fashioned oats
- ⅔ cup coconut flakes
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir until all ingredients until well combined.
- Refrigerate the bowl for about 30 minutes to harden the mixture.
- Remove bowl from fridge and roll mixture into 1 inch size balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a week. Enjoy!
