It’s the most wonderful time of the year! When you have to rack your brain to think of what to buy from the teen/tween boy in your life! We love experience gifts, like sports tickets, different classes, trips, and experiences like indoor skydiving (this was a huge hit last year!), but sometimes you just need a physical gift.   I put together some great gift ideas that I know my son loves or would love, so hopefully, the teens in your life will love them too!

Before getting Zoey, I would have thought that a gift guide for dog lovers was silly. Since becoming a dog mom, I would love to get any one of the things on this list and I bet the dog lovers in your life would too!

Custom Phone Case // Your dog on your phone case. Need I say more?

Custom Socks // Your dog on your socks. Need I say more, again? 😉

Cheese Knives // Because cute dog knives make a charcuterie board even better – if that’s possible!

Dog Cook Book // Zoey loves when I cook her special meals to add to her kibble. This is a whole book of meal ideas for your pup!

Cute Crate // Every dog needs their safe space, but wire crates don’t exactly enhance the decor of your home. This one is adorable and comes in different colors.

Furbo // This is on my Christmas list! I would love to be able to check in on Zoey when we aren’t home and this camera and dispenses treats which is such a cute idea!

Poop Bag Holder // A good poop bag holder is a must. This one is sturdy and super cute!

Dog Bed // We have this dog bed for Zoey and it is the best. We bought a cheap one from TJ Maxx when we got her and she destroyed it in no time. When it comes to dog beds, you get what you pay for and this one is worth it!

Dog Jacket // Its cold and every puppy needs a cute jacket. The buffalo plaid makes it that much cuter!

Dog Mom Tee // I think this one is a must for every dog mom!

Phone Case // Who doesn’t love puppies on their phone case!

Frenchie Mug // Anthropologie makes the best mugs and this Frenchie one is no exception!

Custom Dog Mug //  Your dog’s smiling face while your drink your morning coffee. Win-win!

If you came to my house and took a peek into my medicine cabinet, you would know that I am a total skincare and makeup junkie. I love trying new products and the holidays are my favorite time because so many brands come out with really great gift kits, which allow you to try a bunch of new products, without having to splurge on individual, full size products. I picked out some of my favs to share with you. Hopefully this helps you with shopping for the skincare/beauty lover on your Christmas list!

One // Two // Three // Four // Five // Six // Seven // Eight // Nine // BONUS

If you’re still not sure what to get the beauty junkie in your life, I highly recommend a Sephora PLAY! box subscription. I’ve been subscribed to every box under the sun at one point or another and I can honestly say that the Sephora box is worth every penny. So, instead of getting something you’re not sure they’ll love, you can let them try tons of great products each month that are already sold at Sephora. Total win!

Happy shopping!

One//Two//Three//Four

Five//Six//Seven//Eight

In this age of kids glued to their screens, I love to give gifts that make kids think, get them moving and get their hands dirty. These stocking stuffers are just that and they’re all under $20!

  1. IQ Twist. This is a challenging puzzle game that’s not just for kids. It comes with a booklet for endless game combinations and really makes you think!
  2. Fingerlings Untamed. Last Christmas, those little monkeys were all the rage. This year, the dinos are taking over. They respond to sound, motion, and touch and will ever roar at you.
  3. Mojimotos. These come in a ton of different emoji characters and repeat what you say in their own funny voice and lip-sync to music. Alex loves telling knock-knock jokes using his little taco Mojimoto.
  4. Break Away Ballz. These foam puzzle balls can be smashed to reveal the smaller ball inside. They reassemble easily and can be smashed and resmashed. I don’t always understand the fun behind it but boys love this!
  5. Ryan’s World Mystery Putty/Squishy. If you don’t know you Ryan is, I bet your kids do! A YouTuber famous for opening blind bags and mystery items, Ryan has come out with his own line of putty, slime and squishies. If your kids like all things slimy these are for them!
  6. Mad Mattr. Mad Mattr is an addictive, super-soft modeling compound that shapes easily. This set come with molds to shape the Mattr into bricks that came be used to build actual structures. Bonus: it doesn’t dry out if you leave it out like other play doughs.
  7. Big Nate Series. Books are always a great gift. The Big Nate series graphic novels are great for kiddos with a sense of humor. Nate’s antics will have your little one giggling while they read!
  8. Bean Boozled. If your child likes to be grossed out, this one is a winner. Bean Boozled is a jellybean challenge game in which you don’t know if you’re getting a regular jellybean or a gross one like dirty dishwater, grass clippings or vomit. Not for the faint of heart!

Hope these ideas help with holiday shopping for the boys in your life!

Mother’s Day is just around the corner and if you’re still looking for the perfect gift for mom, you’re in the right place. I’ve teamed up with Babbleboxx to share some great gift ideas that I know mom will love! This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx.com.

The first item on my list is something that came at the perfect time for me. If you’re a mom, your phone is filled with pictures of your kiddos being adorable. Nothing is worse that getting that message warning you that your phone is almost out of memory and you have to transfer your photos or decide which ones to delete. The SanDisk iXpand Flash Drive (or Sandisk Ultra Dual drive if you’re an Android user) connects to the lightning port and allows you to free up space on your iPhone, password-protect sensitive files, automatically back up your camera roll, and watch videos straight from the drive. With a lightning and a USB 3.0 connector to plug into your Mac or PC, you can move your stuff exactly where you want it. It is a super easy to use and is a must have for moms because it’s hard to decide between that cute picture or your baby and the perfect selfie you took when deleting pictures!

You guys know that I am a skincare junkie, so you can imagine how excited I was when I opened a package to find these two products from Bellame Skincare.

The Acqua Lumiere Hydrating Cleanser is like nothing I’ve ever tried before. It’s a makeup remover, hydrating cleanser and ultimate luxury hydrating face mask in one. (This will make dad happy too because it will take up less room in the medicine cabinet!) It is made with Omega-rich Baobab Oil, Vitamin C, and a High-Powered Hyaluronic Acid that is 50 x more powerful than the standard and smells incredible. This combined with the Bellame bamboo washcloths leave your skin clean, hydrated and happy and make an otherwise mundane every day task feel luxurious. Bonus: You won’t be falling asleep with your makeup on if you’re actually looking forward to taking it it!

Once your skin is clean, you move on to the Acqua Lumiere Hydrating Serum. The serum gives your skin a highly concentrated dose of mineral anti-oxidants from the copper-enriched gemstone Malachite, Marine Collagen, Omega-Rich Baobab Oil, and Vitamin C. It helps boost firmness, block inflammation and repair sun damage while targeting fine lines, wrinkles, and discoloration. It will help undo all the damage we did to our skin when we were young and thought tanning was a good idea!

If you decide to pick this up for mom, you will receive a FREE set of six ultra-luxe Bellame bamboo sourced washcloths with the purchase of the Acqua Lumiere Collection.

Staying on the topic of skincare, my next gift idea is a really cool one. The Dermaflash 2.0 is a dermaplaner, a little device that instantly removes dead skin cells, built-up debris and pesky peach fuzz. It deeply exfoliates your skin and leaves it incredibly soft and smooth. By removing the layers of dead skin, it allows skin care products to sink in better and be more effective.  Your makeup will also glide on smoothly and effortlessly for a flawless looking skin.  Use code “MOTHERSDAY” for 20% off the Dermaflash 2.0.

If you’re like me, you come home from work and change into loungewear right away. I mean, you can only wear pants for so many hours a day! That is why I was really excited for this Maidenform Cami & Tap Pant Set. It is blush pink (my fav color!) and incredibly soft, which is important when you are trying to relax and unwind after a long day. Even though it is loungewear, you can totally get away with wearing this cami during the day too!

If the mom in your life is more of a fragrance fanatic, this next item is for you. If you’re looking for a new summer scent, Vince Camuto Divina is a winner. It has a light, sunny floral fragrance with a hint of grapefruit and citrus. Even though your summer may consist of hanging out at the splash pad, you can close your eyes, breathe in the scent of Divina and pretend you are in Bora Bora. Bonus: The bottle has a really pretty gold top that is prefect for display on a vanity.

Last, but certainly not least are Edible Arrangement Mother’s Day Berries. These Semisweet Chocolate Dipped Strawberries with White Swizzle are so good that I’m not sure mom will share! Our arrangement arrived beautifully packaged with a cute balloon attached, but as soon as my family saw the Edible Arrangement logo they could not wait to dig in. I think the picture really speaks for itself, but I will say that it tastes even better than it looks! If your mom says that she doesn’t want sweets for Mother’s day, do not listen! There are too good to pass up! All arrangements are made fresh daily and are hand-crafted locally in store with high quality fresh, never frozen fruit and 100% real chocolate. Edible Arrangements is offering same day delivery through Mother’s Day! Use code BESTMOM for 15% of $65+ purchases, valid 4/30 – 5/11!

I hope I was able to help find the perfect gift for the amazing women in your life. Happy shopping!

Housewarming parties in your early 20s are fun. Everyone is broke and has nothing, so no matter what gift you decide to bring, it will be appreciated and most likely used. Once everyone is more established, housewarming parties begin to get difficult. Everyone basically has everything they need or is able to afford the things they want, so choosing a gift is not an easy task. I love to find quirky, one of a kind or personalized gifts for these kinds of occasions and Uncommon Goods one of my go to websites. If you’ve never heard of Uncommon Goods before, is a website filled with things you never knew existed, but desperately need in your life.

Here are some of my favorite things from Uncommon Goods that would make amazing housewarming gifts [or 30th birthday gifts. hint, hint]:

Disclosure: This post was sponsored by Uncommon Goods. All opinions, as always, are my own.

Better Stuff Doormat | Custom State Pillows | Personalized Family Print | Cheese & Crackers Serving Board | Gin and Tonic Diagram Glassware | Driftwood iPhone Charging Dock | Mason Jar Indoor Garden | Homesick Candles | Cork Cactus Organizer | Himalayan Salt with Grater

Not only does Uncommon Goods curate an amazing selection of products, they are committed to working with their suppliers – from artists to small manufacturers – to make their products in a more socially and environmentally responsible manner. UncommonGoods is also a founding member of B Corporation, an organization created to help customers understand the social and environmental impact of their purchases. Great company with great products, what is there not to love?

Uncommon goods is much more that just housewarming gifts. You can find a gift for anyone and for any occasion from bridal showers, to weddings to baby showers [they seriously have the cutest onesies ever!]. In the unlikely case that someone does not like what you purchased for them, exchanges and returns are a breeze. There is even an option to return a gift without letting the original purchaser know, which is pretty neat and saves you from an awkward convo.

Do you have a go-to website or store to shop for housewarming gifts?

Happy Shopping!

With Christmas just a week away, I am back to give you some ideas on what to get that special lady in your life. And ladies, if there is anything that I know about guys is that they are notorious last minute shoppers, so feel free to forward this guide to your hubby/significant others and maybe you will get exactly what you wanted under the tree on Christmas morning!mom-gift-guide

  1. Stitch Fix Gift Card Stitch Fix is a personal shopping subscription service where you fill out a style profile and get a box of stylist picked clothes just for you. This is the perfect gift for busy moms who don’t have time to go shopping for themselves, but still want to look good! They even have maternity, petite and [coming soon] plus sizing!
  2. Novelty T-shirts. I am a total sucker for these types of cute t-shirts. They are super easy to throw on with jeans or leggings and you are set for a casual, yet cute outfit.
  3. Kendra Scott bracelet. I received one of these bracelets in my Popsugar Must Have Box last month and fell in love. You can customize the metal color and stone of the bracelet and they effortlessly dress up any outfit. I actually bought a few as gifts for my coworkers!
  4. Bite Beauty Lipstick I am generally not a big lipstick person, but after hearing so much about Bite Beauty I decided to give it a shot. I now own 5 of their lipsticks! They are super moisturizing on your lips and the colors are gorgeous! They have some really cute gift sets too!
  5. Scarf/Cape I am a huge plaid and scarf person. Is there anything better than the two combined? Nope, didn’t think so. This cape has arm holes so that you can wear it as a vest to keep you warm.
  6. Hadaki Saddle Bag This is my go-to weekend bag. It is big enough to fit my wallet, keys and phone but doesn’t weigh 20 pounds like the purse I wear for work. The leather is a gorgeous cognac color and great quality. It is neutral enough to match any outfit!
  7. Ugg Abree Short Boot I love Uggs, but don’t really love the bulky look. The Abree boots are a bit slimmer than the Classic Ugg boots and still super warm and comfortable.
  8. Pajamas Can you have too many pajamas? Nope! Especially not when they are this cute!

  9. Nest Citrine Perfume This is my current fragrance obsession. It is a very fresh scent with notes of lemon, lotus flower and wood. It is actually sitting under my mom’s Christmas tree for me!
  10. Marble Tray This is my number one entertaining accessory. Whenever we have friends over, we ALWAYS have cheese and our marble and wood tray is always getting used. This is perfect for anyone who loves to entertain and loves cheese. Side note: this is a heavy item, so be careful when packaging!
  11. Planner I would be lost without my planner and love this super cute one from BanDo. I also recommend Inkwell Press and Erin Condren! (Use these links for $10 off your $50+ planner purchase!)
  12. Starbucks Holiday Blonde Roast This is my favorite K-cup ever! If you love good, strong coffee this is the coffee for you. I actually stock up on these and try to stretch them out throughout the year for as long as possible.
  13. Touch Screen Gloves Gloves are a must have for me, but I hate having to take them off to answer my phone or to text. These are cute, warm and functional!
  14. Pouch I have a big purse in which I carry my life around on a daily basis. Without pouches like this, I would be forever lost. And how cute is that quote!?
  15. Coffee Mug I have a problem when it comes to coffee mugs. If I had the money and room in my kitchen, I would buy hundreds and use a different one each day. This one is going in my stocking. Thanks Santa!

Shopping for guys is HARD! Every year I ask Tommy what he wants for Christmas and his response is always nothing or I don’t know. Not much to work with there! Since I know how hard it is to to find the perfect gift for your hubby/boyfriend/brother/etc. I put together this Holiday Gift Guide for Guys! Hope you can find something perfect for the important guy in your life!gift guide for him

  1. Brevite Camera Backpack. This is an awesome backpack for the photographer in your life. If you search for camera backpacks, most of them are just plain ugly. This one looks like a regular [super stylish] backpack but has an insert to keep the camera gear safe.
  2. Remington Verso  This is a really cool all in one grooming/shaving/cleansing device. It comes with 5 different attachments to shave, trim beards, wash and exfoliate. No need to take up tons of space in the medicine cabinet with this one!
  3. Stance Socks If you think socks are socks, you have never tried Stance socks. My cousin’s husband swears by these socks and got me and Tommy them for Christmas last year. They are hands down the most comfy socks I’ve ever tried in my life. They come in tons of cool colors and patterns too!
  4. The Art of Shaving Kit If regular razors are more your guy’s style, the art of shaving kit is for him. This kit comes with pre-shave oil, shaving cream, aftershave and an old school shaving brush like my grandpa used to use.
  5. Hockey Stick Snow Brush If you live anywhere where it snows, a snow brush is a must have. Why not make it a little more fun with a hockey version?
  6. J.Crew Flannel Tommy lives in these flannels. They wash great and can be dressed up or worn casually. They are a wardrobe staple for any guy!
  7. Jord Wood Watch A wood watch is a really unique gift for any guy. Tommy was gifted one of these watches from the brand and gets tons of compliments every time he wears it.
  8. Red Wing Boots These are the pair of boots that every guy needs. They are on the pricier side, but the quality and comfort makes them so worth it. Tommy swears by Red Wings for his work boots that he puts in [literally] thousands of miles a year. Their heritage line are just as good and super stylish!
  9. Herschel Duffle Bag Not all duffle bags are made equal. Herschel duffle bags are stylish and functional. We have one that travels with us everywhere we go!
  10. Carhartt Beanie Carhartt is another traditional work brand that has become trendy. My husband swears by Carhartt for his work gear, but their beanies are great even off the job site.
